Hi,
, I recently bought this laptop HP 15-BS576TX. And after I I installed the drivers by the help of HP SUPPORT ASSISTANT, it showed another update regarding BIOS. The version of BIOS that was pre-installed on the notebook was F.10 . And the version downloaded by HP SUPPORT ASSISTANT was F.10 REV.A . So, after installing the new firmware the notebook just shutdown and it never turn-on. I had to call HP care and they sent a new motherboard for the notebook and was replaced. And now the BIOS version on the new motherboard is Insyde F.02 and HP SUPPORT ASSISTANT now cannot detect the notebook model no.(i.e. HP 15-BS576TX) it just shows HP Notebook 15 Laptop PC.
Also I'm getting update notification for the BIOS again and this time the version is F.22, now should I install this update?
Please help.
